J. Oliver Custom Pools and Design ("J. Oliver Pools," "we," "us") builds custom swimming pools, spas, and outdoor living spaces for homeowners in New Braunfels, Boerne, San Antonio, Canyon Lake, and the surrounding Texas Hill Country. This policy explains what information we collect through joliverpools.com, why we collect it, and what we do and do not do with it.

Information we collect

Information you give us. When you submit a quote request, contact form, or consultation request, we collect your name, phone number, email address, project location, and any project details you choose to share.
Information from calls and texts. If you call or text us, we keep a record of the conversation and your contact details so we can follow up on your project.
Usage information. We use Google Analytics 4, which sets cookies and collects standard analytics data — pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP address, device and browser type, and how you arrived at the site.

We do not collect payment card details through this website, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

How we use it

To respond to your enquiry, schedule a consultation, and prepare a quote.
To communicate with you about an active or upcoming project.
To understand which pages and campaigns bring homeowners to the site, so we can improve them.
To meet our legal, contractual, and record-keeping obligations.

Text messages and phone consent

When you tick the consent box on one of our forms, you are agreeing that J. Oliver Pools may contact you by phone, text message, or email about your project. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or HELP for assistance. You can also ask us to stop contacting you at any time by emailing info@joliverpools.com.

We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. No mobile information collected for the purpose of SMS consent is shared with any third party for marketing.

Who we share information with

We share your information only with the service providers that make our business run, and only to the extent they need it:

Hosting and form delivery — our website host processes form submissions so they reach our inbox.
Google Analytics — for aggregate website measurement.
Financing partners — Lyon Financial and Viking Capital receive your details only if you ask us to refer you for pool financing.
Subcontractors and suppliers — only when a project is underway and only what they need to complete their work.

We may also disclose information where we are required to by law. We do not sell your personal information.

Cookies and analytics

The site uses cookies set by Google Analytics 4 to measure traffic. You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings, and you can opt out of Google Analytics using Google’s browser opt-out add-on. Blocking cookies does not affect your ability to use the site or submit a form.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry records for as long as we may reasonably need them to follow up on a project or to satisfy legal, tax, and warranty obligations. Analytics data is retained under Google Analytics’ standard retention settings.

Your choices

You can ask us to provide a copy of the information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Texas residents, and residents of states with comprehensive privacy laws, may have additional rights. Email info@joliverpools.com and we will respond within a reasonable period. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS and form submissions are transmitted encrypted. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we limit access to your information to the people who need it.

Links to other sites

Our pages link to third-party sites — Google, our financing partners, manufacturer sites such as PebbleTec and Pentair, and our social profiles. This policy does not cover their practices; please read their own policies.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be noted here.
