These terms govern your use of joliverpools.com, operated by J. Oliver Custom Pools and Design ("J. Oliver Pools," "we," "us") of New Braunfels, Texas. By using the site, requesting a quote, or texting or calling the numbers published here, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Using this site

You may browse the site, share its pages, and submit our forms for the purpose of enquiring about a pool, spa, renovation, or outdoor living project. You may not scrape the site for commercial resale, submit false information, attempt to interfere with the site or its forms, or use any content in a way that suggests we endorse another business.

Quotes, estimates, and pricing

Prices published on this site — including the figures on our pool cost guide and financing pages — are general ranges for planning, not offers. Every backyard is different: site access, soil and rock, elevation change, utilities, HOA and permit requirements, and the equipment and finishes you choose all move the number.

A written, signed construction agreement is the only binding statement of scope and price. Nothing on this website forms a contract.
Design consultations are free and carry no obligation.
Quotes are valid for the period stated on the quote itself. Material and equipment prices change.
Schedules described here, including any "currently booking" note, are estimates that depend on weather, permitting, and inspection timelines.

Calls and text messages

When you tick the consent box on a form, you agree that we may contact you by phone, text message, or email about your project. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. We do not sell or share your number for anyone else's marketing — see the privacy policy for the full detail.

Referral program

The referrer must be named before the referred customer's new pool construction contract is signed. The $1,000 referral reward is paid after the referred customer's pool reaches the excavation stage of construction and payment for excavation has been received. The program may be changed or cancelled at any time without notice.

Warranty

Our workmanship warranty and the manufacturer warranties that come with your equipment and finish are described on the warranty page and in your construction agreement. Where the two differ, the signed agreement governs. Nothing on this site extends, replaces, or adds to a manufacturer's warranty.

Photography and content

Text, project photography, renderings, and page design on this site belong to J. Oliver Custom Pools and Design or are used with permission, and may not be reproduced for commercial use without written consent. Project photographs show completed work; finishes, water color, and landscaping vary by site, lighting, and season. PebbleTec, Pentair, Jandy, and other named brands belong to their owners; we reference them as a builder, not as their agent.

Third-party links

We link to financing partners, manufacturers, review platforms, and municipal permitting pages for New Braunfels, Boerne, Bulverde, Canyon Lake, and other Hill Country jurisdictions. Those sites are outside our control; we are not responsible for their content, and permitting rules change — confirm current requirements with your city, county, or HOA. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The site and its content are provided "as is." We work to keep prices, timelines, and technical guidance accurate, but we make no warranty that the site is error-free or continuously available. To the fullest extent Texas law allows, J. Oliver Pools is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of this website. Nothing here limits our obligations under a signed construction agreement or any right you cannot waive under Texas law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute relating to this website will be brought in the state or federal courts serving Comal County, Texas.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.
