I can’t say enough good things about my experience with J. Oliver Pools. From beginning to end, they were wonderful to work with. They communicated with me throughout the entire process, never left me wondering what was going on, and genuinely made me feel like family rather than just another customer.

Before choosing a pool builder, I received quotes from three different companies, including two that were much larger than J. Oliver Pools. The pricing was fairly comparable across all three, but J. Oliver stood out in every other way. I felt their design was the best, and when I compared the materials and equipment included in each quote, I also felt I was getting a higher-quality pool and a more sophisticated pool control system for about the same investment.

What really set them apart, though, was the way they treated me. Building a pool is a big project, and having a company that is responsive, dependable, and makes you feel like they truly care makes such a difference.

If I ever moved and decided to build another pool, J. Oliver Pools would be my first call. I have already recommended Shan, Josh, and the J. Oliver team to others, and I’ll continue to do so without hesitation.

Called and they came out the same week. Other companies gave us a date over a week out. Owner came out on time which was also a plus no waiting around or racing to get home cause he was early.

We called about a bleed through on our pool wall. Instead of selling us on a repair immediately. He spent time cleaning it and explaing to us what our options were. Really informative and honest. Quite the difference from other pool companies we have dealt with in past. We ended up not needing a repair at this time. In the future though we will definitely be using J. Oliver pools. He was honest about the price and what will be needed in future instead of just band aid fixing it and taking our money. Thank you so much, you have 2 loyal customers in the future.

I would highly recommend J. Oliver Custom Pools and Design. We have an existing pool that was in extreme disrepair, and we were at a loss as to how to move forward. I hate to single out people, but the entire family and landscaping crew was phenomenal to work with. Our first build, during a very difficult time of loss, and they took the time to ease our anxieties, console when needed, while still carefully guiding us to make wise color/texture/tile decisions (important ;-)) and even turned a spur-of-the-moment add on “good idea fairy” idea into even more enjoyment. The graphic designs will not lie. What you see is what your blessing will be when all you see is dirt and mulch in our case. I’ve recommended J.Oliver to everyone we know. Don’t be overly concerned with pricing. They will get you well within a fair, affordable, and more importantly reasonable decision making space that you’ll sleep better after all is said and done. Apologies for being verbose but this company and team are worth the effort and it’s important you’ve aware that some good people still exist. And here’s the kicker - they care about when the dust settles and you’re off on your own. Priceless!! I still call them for wise counsel on a full range of topics.
