PebbleTec vs. plasterProcess & Timeline
How long does it take to build a pool?+
A typical custom build runs about 10–12 weeks of construction once permits and HOA approvals are complete, depending on weather and complexity. You will always know exactly where things stand.
The week-by-week build timelineWill my yard and soil support a custom pool?+
The Hill Country's limestone, sloping yards, and variable soil do present challenges, but local engineering expertise is exactly what solves them. We commission the soil study and engineering so the pool is structurally sound for your lot, not a guess.
How we engineer and buildDo you handle permits and engineering?+
Yes. We manage engineering, soil studies, permits, and HOA submittals as part of the build.
How permits and HOA review workWill I work directly with the builder?+
Yes. We stay deliberately hands-on — from the first design conversation to your first swim, you work directly with the people building your pool.
